Privacy and SMS terms

Tavrenta provides AI phone answering for home-service businesses. This page explains what information we collect when someone calls a business that uses Tavrenta, or when a business owner works with us, and how text messages work.
Information we collect
- Call information: the caller's phone number, call time and length, a recording of the call, and a written transcript. Callers are told at the start of every call that it is recorded.
- Details callers share: such as name, service address, the problem they're calling about, and preferred appointment times.
- Business customer information: for businesses that use Tavrenta, contact details for owners and on-call staff, business hours, service area, and scheduling settings.
How we use it
- To answer calls on behalf of the business the caller dialed, and to route emergencies to that business's on-call staff.
- To send call summaries, alerts, and appointment details to that business.
- To book, change, or cancel appointments when the business has turned that on.
- To send appointment confirmations to callers who agree to receive them.
- To review call quality and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the business the caller contacted and with the service providers we use to run Tavrenta, such as phone, voice AI, messaging, email, and cloud hosting providers, under their own privacy and security terms.
Text messages (SMS)
Business alerts: businesses that use Tavrenta receive text alerts about calls on their own line, such as new requests, bookings, and emergencies. These go to phone numbers the business provides to us.
Caller confirmations: if a caller books an appointment and agrees during the call to receive a text, we send a confirmation of that appointment on behalf of the business.
- Message frequency varies with call activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep call recordings, transcripts, and summaries for as long as the business that received the call is a Tavrenta customer, or until that business asks us to delete them. We may keep limited records longer where the law requires it.
Your choices
If you called a business that uses Tavrenta and want to see or delete information from your call, contact that business or email us and we'll help. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information.
